David Gutierrez, the owner of Artest Design Group was the guest speaker at Covina, California on July 21, 2011. David spoke to a group of 25 BNI members about Web Design and the importance of Search Engine Optimization.
David said, "Having a Web Site now and days is like having a business phone. A web site is essential tool for doing business."

2. It is convenient for your customers. No Sales Pressure. You can research company at your leisure with 24/7
3. Customer Service can be handled on web site.
4. Establishes Credibility. A business without a phone number can seem shady. It is becoming accepted that a business must have a web site and email address.
"Not only is it important to have a website, but it must look professional. Recent studies have shown that people form an opinion about a company within the first three seconds of looking at web site."
